Sandeep Agarwal is a practicing advocate. He has worked for about 26 years in various Departments of Govt of India. He joined the Directorate of Enforcement in the year 1989 and opted for voluntary retirement from the Govt service in 2016. He has rich experience of handling various laws and statutes during the course of his long experience with Directorate of Enforcement and Serious Fraud Investigation Office. During his tenure with these departments, he earned vast experience of investigation under FERA, FEMA, PMLA, Companies Act etc. In addition to investigation, he also filed complaints and conducted prosecutions before different courts and also presented cases before COFEPOSA Advisory Board. Further, while serving in legal division of Directorate of Enforcement, he procured extensive knowledge in respect of attending matters before the Hon’ble High Court, filing of replies to Writ Petitions appearances before ACMM/ASJ etc.
